1. It took over a month for sensors to supposedly come in. Only when I stopped by the dealership to check, the all of as sudden just arrived the previous night. I set up an appointment indicating in advance that I would need the car done by the end of the day, or I would need a loaner. 2. Brought the car in at 8am. Reminded the service gentleman about needing the car or a loaner by the end of the day. By 1pm I had to call on the status. The gentleman I spoke with knew nothing of needing it by the end of the day or needing a loan. Said he would check on the status and call back. By 3pm I still didn't hear back. 3. I had to call again at 3:20......and miraculously, my car had just been pulled up and it was ready. I was told "I'll see if there is anyone to pick you up before they leave!" 4. I was picked up and when I finally made it to the dealership, a guy was walking through the garage and said "there is your car" and kept walking. I had to ask about the keys and as he was walking he just said they Re in there and walked away. No paperwork, no nothing. For my first service experience it certainly didn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling!

Poor communication. Car was there for days for initial inspection. No shuttle as promised. Scrambling. Billing keeps changing. Was told it was under manufacturers warranty and zero cost and now received a call two weeks later that I owe $100. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Best to have the service or general manager call me instead of me posting my full review.
